How to measure for a riding skirt

    You've decided a horseback riding skirt is for you, but what size? To find that out you will want to put on the pants and other layers you usually wear for a cold weather ride. Then using a soft tape measure or a string if you don't have a soft tape measure around your waist where you would like the skirt to sit. That may be at your natural waist or lower, perhaps just above your belly button. Take that measurement and compare it to the size chart on the Riding Skirt page. After choosing your waist size, pick the length you'd like.
